Allianz Teknik raises children's awareness about disasters

Allianz Turkey supported children in raising awareness of disasters and emergencies and learning basic steps while having fun, with the half-day training program organized by schools during the mid-term break. At the event held at Allianz Teknik, Türkiye's first accredited earthquake laboratory and fire testing and training center, children gained awareness about safe living with practical experiences as well as theoretical knowledge.

Allianz Turkey continues to raise disaster awareness in children from an early age with the training events organized specifically for the children of Yuvam Insurance customers. Participants in the training held at Allianz Teknik, Türkiye's first accredited earthquake center and fire testing and training center; While learning the correct behaviors to do before, during and after the earthquake, they had the opportunity to reinforce their knowledge thanks to interactive content and applications. At the end of the training, the children were given a special box game designed within the scope of the "Conscious Steps Safe Tomorrows" program carried out in cooperation with the Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation (TEGV) under the consultancy of Allianz Technical. This game, which allows children to repeat what they have learned with fun, aims to make the correct behaviors against disasters a part of daily life.

The "Conscious Steps Safe Tomorrows" program, implemented by Allianz Turkey, under the consultancy of Allianz Technical and in cooperation with TEGV, aims to raise disaster awareness in children at an early age. Within the scope of the program designed in three stages, children; Through training, workshops, simulations and games, students learn what to do before, during and after an earthquake. Thanks to the gamification methods used in training, children develop the correct reflexes against disasters and at the same time contribute to increasing social awareness by sharing what they have learned with their environment.
