Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement has been concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, whose details are given below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of digital services purchased electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website sigortadabugun.com. Services covered include:

• Premium Membership — Monthly subscription (₺1,700/month) or yearly subscription (₺15,000/year). Provides ad-free news reading experience.
• Advertisement Space Sales — Timed digital advertising space reservations (7, 14, 30 days, etc.).
• Agency Directory Membership — Digital membership service for insurance agencies to be listed in the directory.

3. Service Information and Pricing

The type, duration and price of the purchased service are displayed on screen and confirmed at the time of order. All prices include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and campaigns, but the price at the time of order applies to the Buyer.

4. Payment Method

Payments are made by credit card or debit card through iyzico (iyzi Payment and Electronic Money Services Inc.) infrastructure. Shopier infrastructure or EFT/Wire Transfer methods are offered as alternatives. Card details are processed only within the relevant payment service provider's systems and are not stored by the Seller. All payments are encrypted with SSL/TLS.

5. Delivery

Digital services are automatically activated after payment confirmation by the relevant payment service provider (iyzico/Shopier). For EFT/Wire Transfer payments, the service is activated after receipt approval. Premium membership is instantly reflected in the account. Advertising space reservations are subject to an approval process; they go live on the selected start date after approval.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days before the service commences without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases (Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15):

• Where performance of digital content/service has commenced with the consumer's consent (Premium membership activation, ad going live)
• Where the service has been fully performed

It is sufficient to notify withdrawal requests to [email protected]; your request will be processed within 14 days at the latest.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your premium membership at any time from the My Account page. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period; no refund is made for the current period.

8. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, it is recommended to first contact the Seller. If not resolved, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the relevant legislation.

9. Entry into Force

By completing the order and making the payment, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted the provisions of this agreement.
