Şenol Ortaç, General Manager of Hepiyi Sigorta, evaluated the first quarter results of the insurance industry in 2026 in the live broadcast he participated in; He gave information about the company's growth performance and future targets.

Stating that Hepiyi Sigorta, which issued its first policy on June 17, 2022, has completed its fourth year, Ortaç said that the company has demonstrated a strong growth performance and profitability since its establishment.
Stating that 2025 was successful for the insurance industry, Ortaç stated that despite the economic fluctuations, most of the sector achieved positive results in terms of technical profit, financial profit and efficiency.
In his evaluation of the first quarter of 2026, he said, "It was a very positive first quarter on behalf of Hepiyi." "We achieved a net profit of approximately 2 billion lira. This result took us among the top 5 most profitable companies in the sector. In addition, we became one of the leading companies in the sector in terms of return on equity capital." He reminded that it was chosen as the "Value Adding Company of the Year".
Ortaç, who said that foreign investors sometimes define Hepiyi Sigorta as a "technology company with an insurance license", stated that this approach accurately reflects the company's business model. "Technology is not a tool that supports operations for us, but one of the fundamental elements of our business model," he said, emphasizing that they are one of the companies with the lowest overhead rates in the elementary branch of the sector.
Describing the role of technology in the company with concrete data, Ortaç said, "Every day, our systems generate approximately 250 thousand offers, issue 12-13 thousand policies and manage 1,200-1,300 damage files. Almost all of these processes take place without human intervention and without the need for physical documents. The more effectively you use technology, the more efficiently you can manage your processes and control your costs. We provide the advantage of this to our customers and business partners." Reminding that one of the goals they set for 2024 was to be the fastest damage paying insurance company in Turkey, Hepiyi Sigorta General Manager Şenol Ortaç said that they have achieved this goal today. He said.
“Currently, we are the fastest damage paying company in the sector, both in the insurance and traffic branches. We have been working for this for 2 years. Here again, artificial intelligence comes into play. Moreover, we are not only fast, we also make damage payments 7 days a week. Giving information about the company's Instant Damage Payment System in the live broadcast, Ortaç stated that the application is a model that is rarely seen in Turkey and Europe.
He stated that thanks to the system, customers can upload their damage documents, photographs and minutes to the digital environment, and as a result of the analysis made by artificial intelligence, an instant offer is made to the customer. He said that it is offered and if the offer is accepted, the payment can be transferred directly to the account at that moment.
“All of Our Agencies Work Under the Same Conditions”
He stated that all of the demands that the agencies expect from the sector, such as fairness, equality in prices and guarantees, and protection of portfolio rights, have been included in Hepiyi Sigorta's agency contracts since the company was founded.
Ortaç also said, “Today, all of our approximately 9,500 agencies produce one policy or a thousand policies. It has the same commission structure if it produces. There is no difference in price, guarantee or commission between any of our agencies. Additionally, we do not part ways with any of our agencies on the grounds that they are making losses. "The understanding of justice and equality has been the basis of our business model since our establishment," he said.
