Milli Re Announces 2025 Financial Results
Milli Re, one of the well-established organizations of the Turkish insurance industry, announced its 2025 financial results.

The company's premium production in 2025 was at the level of 16 billion TL; At the end of 2025; While its asset size reached 49.8 billion TL, its equity capital reached 26.3 billion TL, its net profit for the period was 9.8 billion TL.
Milli Re, which increases the competitiveness of its business partners and supports the economy by producing high value-added reinsurance solutions, continued its success in 2025. The company's effective position in the sector has been strengthened with its stable performance and strong placement structure during the renewal periods. Taking part in the placements of 17 different insurance companies in the Turkish insurance industry and maintaining its leading position in 12 of them underlined Milli Re's guiding nature and reliability in the local market.

Millî Reasürans General Manager Fikret Utku Özdemir said the following in his assessment of 2025: “As Milli Re, thanks to our capital power, expertise and nearly a century of experience, we aim to be an assertive, reliable and preferred business partner in international markets while maintaining our leading position in the Turkish reinsurance market.” In this regard, we demonstrated a successful performance in 2025, our premium production was 16 billion 153 million TL, our asset size was 49 billion 817 million TL, our equity was 26 billion 338 million TL and our net profit for the period was 9 billion 776 million TL, increasing our market share from 18% to 19.5% in terms of proportional reinsurance protections as of 2026 renewals. We reinforced our strong position. By the end of 2025, our company was involved in the placements of 17 different insurance companies and maintained its leading position in 12 of them. In 2026, we will continue to work to transform profitable and sustainable growth into long-term value for our institution, our stakeholders and the global economy.”
