MHR GYO Included Aeropark Building Block B in Its Portfolio

MHR Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (MHR GYO) continues to strengthen its real estate portfolio in line with its sustainable growth strategy. The company added another important asset to its portfolio by purchasing Block B in the Aeropark building, one of Istanbul's leading business and technology centers.

Continuing its commercial real estate investments with determined steps, MHR GYO completed the purchase process of the Aeropark building. Aeropark, which stands out with its modern architecture, strong technical infrastructure, ease of transportation and corporate tenant structure, is of strategic importance in terms of the company's goal of increasing qualified assets that provide regular rental income.

With this investment, MHR GYO aims to both expand its portfolio diversity and strengthen its long-term and sustainable income generation capacity.
