MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat shared the road map of the future at the Vision Meeting

MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat's traditional Vision Meeting was held in Antalya between 10-12 April with the participation of approximately 400 employees, with the slogan "Make Your Mark on Change". At the meeting where the company's 2025 performance was evaluated, growth strategies for the coming period, technology-oriented transformation vision and new approach in corporate culture were shared.

Approximately 15 business partners including banks, agencies, brokers and consumer finance companies also attended the meeting. Attention was drawn to the critical role of the strong ecosystem established with business partners in the company's sustainable growth journey.

The focus of this year's meeting is; sustainable growth targets, an organizational structure strengthened by artificial intelligence and data-oriented transformation. MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat emphasized its approach centered on technology investments and data-based decision-making processes in order to respond more quickly and effectively to changing customer expectations. New corporate culture steps that will further carry the company's strong team spirit were also discussed at the meeting. At the event, where strategic priorities centered on customer focus were shared, important messages were given regarding the new period targets that will be shaped with the contribution of employees.

Priorities for the coming period were also shared at the meeting. In this context; Personalized customer experiences with artificial intelligence and data analytics, integrated solutions in the bancassurance channel, product development in BES and life insurance and strengthening of digital ecosystems were among the prominent topics.

MetLife Turkey Vision Meeting also attracted attention with events that gave the participants enjoyable moments and activities that increased team interaction. MetLife employees started the new term with high motivation and a strong team spirit.
