Equal Pay Certificate for Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik

Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik brought its approach of equal pay for equal work and equal opportunity among its male and female employees to international standards, and this success was registered with the Equal Pay Certificate issued by the Equal Pay Foundation, a non-profit independent organization based in Switzerland. Within the scope of the certification process launched at the end of 2024, the company's wage data was anonymized and analyzed within the framework of international auditing standards. Statistical analyses, organizational seniority distributions, wage increase and promotion mechanisms, and management practices were evaluated in detail. The second phase of the process, including field inspections, management interviews and employee interviews, was carried out by independent audit firms. Following the completion of the multi-stage audit process, it was confirmed that there was no gender-based wage gap among Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik's employees.

Anadolu Hayat EmeklilikDeputy General Manager Zeynep Dolgun said the following in her evaluation on the subject: "As Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, we see the approach of equal pay for equal work not as a choice, but as a natural requirement of our corporate responsibility. One of the most important priorities of our company is to ensure that all employees have equal conditions to access opportunities. The Equal Pay Certificate means that our wage and career practices, which we have been carrying out in a transparent, fair and systematic manner for many years, are confirmed with an international standard. Our For us, this document is not only a confirmation of our current structure, but also an indication of our commitment to resolutely maintain an inclusive and sustainable working culture. We will continue to see gender equality and equal opportunity as an integral part of our corporate culture and take measurable, concrete steps in this field.”

At Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, the equal pay approach is not only an element of human resources practices; It is considered as a fundamental component of the corporate governance approach. The high unionization rate, appointment and job security provisions guaranteed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement, wage policy and performance-oriented promotion system reveal that the company's remuneration structure is designed in a transparent and systematic framework. The committee structure that oversees wage policies at the Board of Directors shows that this approach is embraced at the corporate level.

The human management approach, shaped by the sustainability perspective, is also compatible with the company's position in the capital markets. Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, the first pension and insurance company traded on Borsa Istanbul and included in the BIST Sustainability Index, positions equal opportunity not only as an area of social responsibility, but also as a part of long-term corporate value production.

As of the end of 2025, 57 percent of its employees are women, while the rate of female managers has reached 49 percent. Female representation in sales teams is 71 percent and in the field of information technologies is 33 percent. The fact that the rate of return to work after maternity leave is over 94 percent stands out as a concrete indicator of practices that support career continuity. Practices such as parental rights, part-time work opportunities and protection of career rights ensure the continuity of the inclusive employment approach.

Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik also demonstrates its commitments to gender equality and equal opportunities on international platforms. The company, which is a signatory of the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), participates in the Target Gender Equality program carried out within the scope of the United Nations Global Compact and sets measurable targets on women's representation in senior management and equal pay. As the first company in its sector to receive KAGİDER Equal Opportunity Model Certificate (FEM) in 2024, it documents on different platforms that it has moved its equality approach from the policy level to the implementation level.
