Spotify today announced SongDNA, a new immersive music experience exclusively for Premium users that lets them discover the creative team behind their favorite tracks.

Every song has a story, and Spotify Premium users can now trace these stories. The SongDNA feature reveals the creative DNA behind a track and offers a new and immersive experience for users.

Here's what you can do with SongDNA, which turns every listening moment into an interactive experience:

Follow Creative Trails: By discovering connections between tracks, you can follow the relationships between different artists, periods and genres.
Discover the Roots of the Songs: You can examine the songs used as samples and interpolations that shape the sound of each piece, and discover the cover versions they inspire.
Discover Your Favorite Artists More Deeply: You can examine the other artists your favorite artists have worked with, and then continue to discover new artists through these collaborations.
