• You may not share spam, advertising or repetitive content
• Sharing misleading, unfounded or defamatory content is prohibited
• Sigortada Bugün reserves the right to delete comments that violate the rules and suspend accounts

6. Premium Membership

Premium membership works on a monthly subscription model (₺1,500/month) and provides an ad-free news reading experience. Payment is made through PayTR secure payment infrastructure. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account page; cancellation takes effect in the next period.

7. Advertising Services

Users who purchase advertising space submit their ad content (image, link, title, description) for approval. Sigortada Bugün reserves the right to reject misleading, illegal, immoral or advertising content irrelevant to the insurance sector. Approved ads go live on the selected date.

8. Agency Directory

Agency Directory membership allows insurance agencies to register listings on the platform. The member is responsible for the accuracy of listing information. Sigortada Bugün reserves the right to remove listings containing incorrect or misleading information.

9. Newsletter Subscription

Newsletter subscription is based on explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter email or through the My Account page.

10. Content and Disclaimer

Sigortada Bugün takes utmost care to ensure the accuracy of published news. However, news content does not constitute investment, insurance or legal advice. Users must make financial, insurance or legal decisions at their own responsibility in line with advice received from independent experts.

11. Service Interruptions

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes.
